Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Vectrix Lab, the company that operates DadyPost ("we", "us", "our"), covering your access to and use of the DadyPost website, web application and related services (the "Service"). By registering for an account or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• If you create a workspace on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

The Service lets you compose, schedule and publish content to third-party social media platforms, manage inbound messages and comments, connect online stores, and use AI-assisted content tools. We may add, change or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce functionality of a paid plan.

When you connect a social media account or store, you authorise us to act on your behalf through that platform's API, within the permissions you grant. You are responsible for:

• Having the right to connect and publish to each account (for example, being an authorised admin of a company page).
• Complying with each platform's own terms, community guidelines and developer policies. Content that is acceptable on one platform may be prohibited on another.
• Any consequences imposed by a platform (such as rate limits, content removal or account suspension) resulting from content you publish through the Service.

Platforms may change or revoke API access without notice. We are not liable for interruptions caused by a third-party platform.

The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

You retain all ownership rights in the text, images, video and other material you upload or create in the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce and transmit Your Content solely as needed to provide the Service — for example, to store a scheduled post and deliver it to the platform you selected. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where retention is required by law.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Send spam, engage in coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or artificially inflate engagement.
• Distribute malware, phishing links or other harmful code.
• Access accounts or data you are not authorised to access, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
• Violate any applicable law or the terms of a connected platform.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach this section.

AI features produce suggestions based on the information you supply. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your audience. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI output before publishing it, and for ensuring it complies with these Terms and the rules of the destination platform.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. By providing a payment method you authorise the charging of all fees due, including applicable taxes.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy: a full refund is available within 14 days of your first payment for a plan.
• Usage-based features (such as AI generations or add-ons) are charged according to the pricing shown in the Service at the time of use.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
• If a payment fails we will retry it and notify you. Continued failure may result in downgrade or suspension of your plan.

The Service, including its software, design, logos and documentation, is owned by DadyPost and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation.

You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice and, for paid plans, a pro-rated refund of prepaid fees). On termination your right to use the Service ends and we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that scheduled content will always publish at the exact time selected, or that third-party platforms will remain available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DadyPost will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DadyPost and its officers, employees and partners from any claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of a connected platform's terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DadyPost is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the dispute informally.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice by email or inside the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
