Frequently asked questions

Plain answers about getting started, teams, AI features and the platforms DadyPost works with.

Getting started

What is DadyPost?

DadyPost is a workspace for planning, creating, scheduling and publishing social content, with an AI layer that works from your own products and brand profile. It also includes a unified social inbox, an approval board, analytics and, for store owners, product and order data from connected stores.

Which social platforms can I publish to?

Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Reddit, Bluesky, Discord and Slack, plus a number of other channels. The channels available to you are listed in the app under Connect Profiles.

Each platform has its own rules and approval requirements, so a channel can occasionally be unavailable or limited while the platform's own review is pending.

Which online stores can I connect?

Shopify. DadyPost reads your Shopify catalog so you can create social posts about your products; every post links back to your Shopify store, so purchases always complete in Shopify checkout. You can also add products manually and use every AI feature without a store.

Which languages does the app support?

The navigation and app chrome are available in English, Spanish and German through the language switcher in the header. Page content inside the app is still largely English.

Using DadyPost

Is DadyPost free to use?

Yes. You can create a workspace, connect your Shopify store and social accounts, and use the composer, scheduling, inbox and AI features at no cost.

How do I close my account?

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will close it. To remove a connected social account or store first, disconnect it from Connect Profiles or Store Integration; the Data Deletion page explains what is removed and when.

Teams and AI

How do seats and team members work?

Each workspace has a member limit. Add members and assign roles under Settings, then Users. Roles control what each person can see and do.

What are AI credits?

AI features draw on a monthly credit allowance that comes with your workspace. For example, generating post copy in the composer and each post written by Autopilot use one credit. Your usage is shown in Settings.

What is Autopilot, and will it post without my approval?

Autopilot drafts posts for your brand on a daily schedule. By default each post waits in an approval queue and can be approved or rejected from the app or from a one-click email. Posts that fail the brand-safety check always wait for you.

Does the AI predict my revenue?

No. Recommendations are built from your real data and show their reasons, for example stock level, margin and days since a product was last promoted. We do not show forecast revenue or confidence scores.

Privacy and support

How is my data handled, and how do I delete it?

The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and its data deletion section explains how to request removal. See /privacy and /data-deletion.

How do I reach support?

Email [email protected]. Include the workspace name and, if something failed, what you were doing when it happened.
